Larry Eisenberg

Larry Eisenberg (1919–2018) was a biomedical engineer who wrote witty science fiction from the 1960s, most notably the comic tales of the reckless inventor Emmett Duckworth, collected in The Best Laid Schemes. Later in life he became unexpectedly famous online for his limericks. A genial humorist of the field.
