Richard Stockham published science-fiction short stories in the 1950s, including ‘Perfect Control’ (Galaxy, 1955) and other tales that appeared in the digest magazines and were later widely anthologised. The biographical record is thin beyond the fiction; he is one of the era’s many capable magazine contributors.
