Stephen Arr

Stephen Arr, pen name of Stephen A. Rynas, published clever, often comic science-fiction short stories in the 1950s magazines, ‘Chain of Command’ (about a very smart mouse) among the best-liked. He also wrote essays. Little is recorded of his life beyond the fiction; his stories are a pleasant minor corner of the magazine era.
