J. U. Giesy

J. U. Giesy (1877–1947) was a busy pulp writer whose ‘Jason Croft’ / Palos of the Dog Star Pack novels, astral-projection adventures to a planet of the star Sirius, were popular Burroughs-style scientific romances in the Argosy of the late 1910s. He wrote much detective and adventure fiction besides, often with the occult flavour of his interest in mysticism.
