Roger D. Aycock (1914–2004), who wrote as Roger Dee, was a Signal Corps veteran and career letter-carrier in Rome, Georgia, who published over fifty stories in the SF magazines between 1949 and the early 1970s. A dependable contributor to Planet Stories, Galaxy and others, he is a fine example of the many part-time professionals who filled the golden age of the digests.
