Jerome K. Jerome

Jerome K. Jerome (1859–1927) is best remembered for the comic classic Three Men in a Boat, but he also wrote supernatural and fantastic fiction, the ghostly and whimsical Told After Supper, and the moral fantasy The Passing of the Third Floor Back. His light touch and warmth mark a distinctly English strand of gentle, humane fantasy.
