Eden Phillpotts

Eden Phillpotts (1862–1960) was an enormously prolific English author, best known for his Dartmoor novels, who also wrote science fiction and fantasy across his long life, the prehistoric fantasy Evander, the catastrophe novel Saurus (an alien observer of humanity), and other speculative works. A versatile man of letters with a genuine speculative streak.
