William Richard Bradshaw

William R. Bradshaw (1851–1927) wrote The Goddess of Atvatabar (1892), an elaborately imagined hollow-earth adventure of a hidden inner-world civilisation with its own strange religion and technology, a lush example of the subterranean-world romance that flourished in the late nineteenth century.
